Our Responsible Investing Principles

Tanarra recognises our duty to behave responsibly in our business activities of making sound investment decisions that are cognisant of a responsible investment approach to Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) principles.

Tanarra believes that ESG considerations can undoubtedly impact financial performance and therefore should be incorporated in investment management processes and ownership practices. In Tanarra’s view, adopting responsible investment practices is consistent with both our long-term return objectives and the best interests of our investors and investment partners, fostering alignment between investors, financial performance, and, where appropriate, broader societal objectives. Responsible investment principles apply to all Tanarra’s activities and all Tanarra staff.

Accordingly, Tanarra commits to consider material ESG issues during our due diligence and in the monitoring of investments. This commitment is subject to the terms of the Investment Management Agreements of the various funds, the availability of relevant information, and our fiduciary duties.
