Registration Complete

Thank you for registering your organisation. An email titled 'Your Board Health Check is OPEN for completion' has been sent to your email address (check your JUNK files as it may have gone there).

The survey will close once all board members have completed it or after 21 days, whichever comes first.

We will also send a REMINDER email in case some of your Board members are yet to complete it. 

Once your survey has closed you will receive an email with your Board Health Check results link and report - this report is downloadable.
